Smile Strengths

This project centered on reimagining DDCO’s Core Values, now called the DDCO Smile Strengths, to better reflect the diverse voices and perspectives of our team members. I collaborated with a cross-functional group, including Human Resources, a task force, and the marketing team, to develop a cohesive visual identity for these refreshed values.

My contributions included:

• Smile Strength Graphics: Designed visually striking representations of each value to inspire and engage employees.

• Internal Visual Assets: Created branded visuals for company-wide use, enhancing team spaces and communications.

• Employee Swag Design: Developed a custom cling for cubicle whiteboards and other branded items to promote the values in a fun, interactive way.

Additionally, I contributed to the design and execution of Team Member Appreciation Week materials, including gratitude cards and a DIY swag event. This project allowed me to merge creativity with purpose, ensuring the visuals aligned seamlessly with DDCO’s culture and goals.
